Service Description
The service is intended for the creation and activation of student accounts using eduid.se.
Processing of Personal Data
The following information is transferred from eduid.se or Stockholm University of the Arts' own identity issuer.

The personal identity number/coordination number is forwarded to the student documentation system, Ladok, to retrieve information about the student's education and contact details available in Ladok. Personal data is also stored in service log files to maintain traceability and facilitate troubleshooting.
All data is processed in such a way that no unauthorized persons can access it. Personal data in the log file is stored for as long as needed for the purpose and in accordance with the university's information management plan. Personal data in your SKH account will be processed as long as you are a student at SKH and for an additional 18 months.
Legal Basis
Personal data is processed based on the legal basis of public interest. Processing the personal identity number/coordination number is necessary for secure identification of the individual.
Right to Access, Rectification, and Erasure of Personal Data
For access to and erasure of your personal data, contact the data controller.
Rectification of personal data transferred during the login process must be done with the identity provider used to log in. The information is corrected in this service upon new login after it has been corrected by the original identity provider.
Data Controller
Stockholm University of the Arts, SKH, is the data controller. According to the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access your data free of charge, and to have any errors corrected if necessary. You can also request the deletion of your data and the restriction of the processing of your personal data. If you wish to exercise your rights, contact SKH. If you are dissatisfied with how your personal data is processed, you have the right to file a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, which is the supervisory authority.
